The Hong Kong WinterFest is an annual Christmas celebration organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB). Its primary goals are to provide festive activities for local residents and to attract tourists from around the world.
Hong Kong WinterFest 2025 features a brand new location for the festival, located at Statue Square Central (中環皇后像廣場) and open from 14 Nov to 4 Jan.
Our role
- Overall event management and operation
- On-site day-by-day operation
- Manpower management, including helpers, security, and cleaners
- Festive program reaches out and management
- Coordinate with the landlord and all third parties
- Handle any urgent requests/operation changes/media & VIP visiting/ad-hoc tasks
